The power of images and projections in theatre, if done right, can transport us to another place and time, pulling us emotionally deeper into the story. The script and performances must have a strong foundation, then images will add to that, however if the show is not ready for opening, projections will not save you. If the story has been developed with focused direction and performances, and if the theatre Gods decide to smile on your show, then you can weave in projected images and have a shot at creating magic on stage!
